Contract Requirements:
Our agreements with you as a customer clearly prohibit passing illegal robocalls through any of our activated mobile services (voice, text, and internet data). Customers who violate these rules are subject to immediate termination of service without notification. If Fastnet Mobile believes illegal traffic has been passed through its network, the customer sending such traffic forfeits confidentiality; all data will be shared with industry partners and law enforcement as required by regulatory bodies.
With our service activation you agree not to abuse the service through robocalls, spamming and other similar unlawful activities and you will be fully responsible for that.
